  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $18. This applies automatically at checkout for qualifying orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

We understand how important it is for you to receive your orders promptly. To help set the right expectations, here are our estimated delivery times based on the destination:

  • United States: Delivery takes approximately 5 to 14 business days.
  • Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom: Delivery times range from 7 to 17 business days.
  • Other International Destinations: For countries outside the above-mentioned regions, the estimated delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated time frames and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, logistics handling, and local postal service efficiencies. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Order Processing Time

  • After you make a purchase, your order will be ready for shipping within 1 business day. We work diligently to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 3 hours of your purchase. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately. Tracking shipments: For each order, a standard international track number is issued* 

To track shipments, the customer has the right to use any mail tracking service or contact us by email support@rainbowgembeads.com ask for help or use the window of the hour on the site (lower right corner of the purple circle).

A customer from the United States has the right to contact our service if they need an internal track number for their countries** if the post office to which the mail was ordered cannot find the parcel using the standard track number issued after the order was sent to the customer.

*data on track numbers in some cases are not tracked on the territory of the digger's country

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the beads, we promise a refund, credit or exchange within 10 days from the time you received the item, subject to returning the item back. Items in their original condition can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be returned in unused, as new, condition. The return delivery of the goods is paid by the customer. Except in cases where the return is the result of a delivery error or the item arrives damaged, or the item has been lost. In such cases, the decision on the refund is made in favor of the buyer. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
