We use the delivery services of the following companies: China post, Orange connex.

Parcels are sent in small packages (the size and weight depends on the order size and the quantity of goods). One order can be split and sent in one or more packages.

Processing order:  all orders are processed within 24 hours, seven days a week. Orders are sent every day except the weekend Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday will be processed within 24 hours but will be sent to the post office on Monday. The customer receives a notification and track number as soon as the order is sent.

After you have placed an order you can request changes to the delivery address if necessary but no later than 4 pm New York time or 21 pm UK time or before 0: 00 Moscow time


Tracking shipments: For each order, a standard international track number is issued* 

To track shipments, the customer has the right to use any mail tracking service or contact us by email ask for help or use the window of the hour on the site (lower right corner of the purple circle).

A customer from the United States has the right to contact our service if they need an internal track number for their countries** if the post office to which the mail was ordered cannot find the parcel using the standard track number issued after the order was sent to the customer.

*data on track numbers in some cases are not tracked on the territory of the digger's country

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the beads, we promise a refund, credit or exchange within 10 days from the time you received the item, subject to returning the item back. Items in their original condition can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be returned in unused, as new, condition. The return delivery of the goods is paid by the customer. Except in cases where the return is the result of a delivery error or the item arrives damaged, or the item has been lost. In such cases, the decision on the refund is made in favor of the buyer. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
