Return policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days after the order is delivered.
  • Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
  • The buyer pays for return shipping and must send the items back with a tracking number.
  • Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after the package is delivered to us.
  • The refund does not include the postage that the buyer paid when placing the order.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

*Please note that all our products reach customers in less than 45 days (15-60 days) and their processing is done quickly.
But our guaranteed time for retrieval is 60 days, in case of unforeseen problems such as the mistake of the postal company in delaying the delivery or loss of goods and more
One of our honors so far has been the complete and timely delivery of all products

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong or damaged item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

To start a return or refund, you can contact us at support@rainbowgembeads.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
